Hi All,
My Tier 2(G) will be expiring in May, 2017 and I am currently looking to extend my stay. My current employer will most likely be extending my contract.
My question is as I am extending my current leave with same employer and with same SOC code, will this new job need to be advertised or it will be exempt from RLMT?
Please note that the new job will have same soc but will be highly paid and job title will be different as well.
