Switch Visa TIER-1 Entrepreneur Dependant to TIER-2 General

Currently, I am on TIER-1 Entrepreneur Dependant visa and i wanted to switch my visa to TIER-2 General since i have got a TIER-2 general Sponsor-er based in UK so Am i eligible to switch my visa within country..?? or
Is there ant restriction to switch my visa...??
I would appreciate for any assistance.

PBS Dependant visa holders cannot switch to a main PBS category like Tier 2 General within the UK. You must apply from outside the UK
