How old Management accounts could be?

I could not see anything from guidance about time period for Prepared management accounts,just to double check ,there is no specific date,for example dated 3 months before the date of application for them.

Such a requirement would be silly, no ? Management accounts are simply prepared for the directors not anyone else.
Company accounts are prepared based on accounting period and submitted usually within 9 months after a period ended.
