I though the requirement in Regulation 15(1)(a) and (b) was to have been resident "in accordance with these Regulations for a continuous period of five years". On the other hand, it is probably safer to rely only on a period covered by the EEA partner being a 'qualified person'.noajthan wrote:1) Day 1 from valid job.
