P35 form

Hello guys,

I am currently on T1 Entrepreneur visa and is going for extension soon.

I have seen a number of posts about the document lists and some of them included the above P35 Form. However, when I discussed this with my Accountant about P35 form, I was told that P35 form is no longer in use.

Is P35 FORM a required document for T1 Entrepreneur Extension purpose?

I would really appreciate if the group moderators can guide.

I couldn't see anywhere in the Guide mentioned about this.

P35 was used before 2014 to run annul payroll before RTI became compulsory. You should not submit P35 if all your payroll was done via RTI
