It is difficult to read your post. You need to convert all your period into weeks, then see if you have min of 104 full time weeks or not. You must provide payslips as well as FPS reports to score points

Zimba can we count jobs with following method -

Employee 1 . starts from 11th may till 29 feb (10 months )- 295 days 295/7 =42.14 weeks full time

Employee 2 . 3 months 31+31+30 = 92 days 92/7 = 13.14 weeks Full time

Employee 3 . 3 months 31+31+30 = 92 days 92/7 = 13.14 weeks Full time

Employee 4 . 3 months 31+31+30 = 92 days 92/7 = 13.14 weeks Full time

Employee 5 . 1 month 31 days 31/7 = 4.42 weeks Full time

Employee 6 . 1 month 31 days 31/7 = 4.42 weeks Full time

Employee 7 . 7 month (part time ) 215 days 215/7 = 30.71 weeks part time /2 =15.35 weeks full time

Total 21 months full time and 7 months part time 21+3.5= 24.5 months

But in weeks 92.1 weeks

So according to guidance 2 full time jobs which they consider 30 hrs week / 120 hrs month which should be at least 24 months .

if they consider by 24 months yes its fine as we have 24.5 months . But if they are going to count by weeks we will be short by 12 weeks . it is confusing how it will be work out by home office . we have already sent application with these jobs .
I am not perfect But I guess no one is ever perfect . We all make mistakes and learn from them. Never give up keep trying until you succeed.

Opps my bad Wrong calculation in last post its 105.75 weeks and 24.5 months . So I hope we will be ok as long as that part time employee calculation will be counted the way I did. Thanks

As long as you have 104 weeks of full time employment max of 30 hours a week.
See this for dates calculation: https://www.timeanddate.com/date/duration.html

Thanks zimba yes do got 104 + weeks but 15.35 weeks were part time this is where still question remains due to no clear guidance and rules on this . We can just wait and watch how HO office will calculate . I hope after this we will have clear answers for this part time calculations .
