15.7 You must report the following within 10 working days:
If there are any significant changes in the sponsored migrant’s circumstances, for example:
1. a promotion or change in job title, or core duties, other than those which need a change of employment application – the ‘Change of employment’ section has more information on this
2. a change of salary from the level stated on the CoS, other than changes due to annual increments or bonuses
To be on the safe side, ask your HR to notify HO on the SMS system.
sorry its 25% and not 35%...is it normal? or do they have to notify for 25% as well? please let me know.krisv wrote:In my experience, I got 2 types of pay rises.
1. Perfomance pay rises - based on individual performance - has been in the range of 5 to 10%.
2. Cost of living rises - usually in the range of 1 to 2% given to all employees.
I think my sponsor has notified HO on both occassions.
My opinion : A pay rise in the range of 35% is something that would be given along with a promotion. Hence, it would be important to notify the HO stating your new pay and that your responsibilities and SOC code remain the same.
