Tier 2 employer lisence application rejected

Hello All,

My current employer lost license after HO audit. They received letter on 01/02/2017. So, I found new employer who recently made their Sponsorship application. But unfortunately, licence has been refused stating the point that 'Representative submitted the application'. They submitted error correction form challenging that it is not the representative that submitted application.

Will HO issue the licence if it was proved that the application is submitted by employers but not the representative from the investigation? (They rejected only on one point and other all are adhering to HO policies. )

Or will they give reapply option?

How long will all process takes to get the licence?
