EEA2 Appeal in First tribunal.

Post by Danish001 » Mon Feb 13, 2017 5:45 pm

Could anyone tell me what step should I take to get my eea2 visa.
Applied eea marriage visa April 15
Got interview at liverpool in Oct 15
Got refusal from in Nov 15 and did appeal.
First hearing done on 06 Jan 2017
Hearing from first tribunal refused on 13-02-17

On all refusals it is saying marriage of convenience and not living together but infact we are living together since Oct 2014.
Can anyonw tell me what should I do and which court I need to approach for further appeal.
Thanks

You need to seek permission to appeal to the Upper Tribunal by the 27-02-2017. Use IAFT4. You need to set out the error of laws made.
