EU citizen with ILR filling AN form

Post by tgeorgieva91 » Mon Feb 13, 2017 8:16 pm

Hi,
I need your advice.
I am a Bulgarian national who came to UK in 2000. Bulgaria joined the EU in 2007 and therefore before that we had to apply for visas. In 2005 I got ILR and now I don't need to apply for PR because of that.
My question is what do I need to put in 2.4 where I am asked for a PR card number? Because I am an EEA national but because of the ILR I don't have a PR card.
I would be very grateful if you can help me with this.

On the face of it you are applying as ILR holder - did you get no card at all (blue trifold?)?
Then probably the EEA section should not be filled, as your residence is not based on exercising treaty rights. But probably best to explain in a covering letter.
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

Thank you.
No, I haven't got any trifold card.
