RCOS in Feb-2017

Any body got RCOS allocated in Feb-2017 Quota .As per UKVI ,allocation date is 13/02/2017 in Feb.

Hi,

Unfortunately, I haven't got my rCoS yet. Think it's due to my points are at the lower end: 25.
Please let me know if anyone has a reply and is also at the 20ish range. Thanks:)
