ILR SET(M) Query

Hi

I got my spouse visa on 15th Feb 2013 and arrived on 20th March 2013. When will I be eligible to apply for ILR- 28 days before 15th Feb 2018 or 20th March 2018?

28 days before 20th March 2018, the 5th anniversary of your entry into the UK
(Casa, not CR001)
