Tier 2 salary and Hrs reduce

Dear Memebers,

what is the minimum number of hours an employee can work under T2, My friend started his job 6 months ago(37.5 hrs) and now he wanted to reduce his hrs to 25 -30, His salary will also reduce but it will still above than SOC code. He had a chat with his company directors and they are ok with this, also they are going to report this via SMS. Is this going to be ok? he checked T2 policy guidance but there was no note about minimum hrs migrant can work unless you are on shortage occupation list(3o hrs min for shortage occ)

He/she is treading on a very thin line. Expect ukvi to visit if and when it happens.
