meeting minimum financial requirement

Post by verian1981 » Thu Feb 16, 2017 5:30 pm

Hello guys

I hope you all well. I want to apply for spouse visa for my wife and it is turning out to be a very stressful task ( My lawyer has not been great help either)

I am in a full time non salaried employment earning 16894 per year. The shortfall is 1706. If my calculations are right i need to have below saving in my account to meet the requirement for the last 6 month.

1706x2.5= 4265+16000=20265

My gross income for the last 6 months is 1533x12=18396 . To meet the shortfall i need to have 16500 in the account for last 6 months. I am contracted to 45 hours a week and can do overtime also.

I would like t know which one of the above i need to use in order to apply for the visa?

Also what category i need to use to apply for the visa?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

regards

vic

You will need 16,510 to cover the £204 shortfall in your earning.

It seems you will have to rely on CAT A Variable income.
