HI Moderators and senior members, I got the acknowledgment for appeal on 21st december and i am trying to gather all proofs in a timely manner before hearing date. Just to give some back ground. I had my 2.5yrs out of immigration rule visa in 2013 which was based on appeal allowed by FTT under article 8, this year home office refused my application by making an obvious error that i am living in uk for only 6 month, so there are no insurmountable obstacles for me and my wife to live in my home country.
Following are the proofs which i have:
1. last 4 years of co habitation (more then 6 proof of living together)
2. Tax letter for myself stating that i have paid 8k tax last year (can this be considered as contributing in uk
economy)
3. My wife payslips and tax letters, (she is earning 24k)
4. The reason my wife is not willing to live in pakistan is because of security/ country situation, and the area we belong to had more then dozen robberies on british family last year, (proof from newspaper of all those robberies), last time my wife went to pakistan was in 2008
5. All of my in laws are in uk, so my wife has her family buble in uk, she graduated from uk and want to live and work here, which were already taken into consideration by FTT judge in 2012
6, i graduated from uk and used to earn 33k, then i stopped working in last september when my visa got refused, last week i got new job of 40k because i now have in country right of appeal and have work rights, confirmed via ecs
7. proof of last FTT judge decision
8. i have been legally residing in uk since 2009 and married to british citizen in 2012, no kids
Do you think these are enough proofs, or i can gather anything else as well
