As parents, I think you should go for Zambrano, as FLR(FP) will only be granted outside the rules.

Hi
I would like to have some advice on what and how to apply for FLR FP private life application ,
My brief history
Came as student 2001
Married 2005
First child 2006
Second child 2009
Visa expired 2008 went underground
2015 applied for 7 year child FLr FP got rejected
2016 Nov applied for child British registration ( granted Feb 2017)
Now I need advice about filing FLR fp application private life based on my British child , any advice or experience is appreciated

Isn't that risky? Zambrano, being a derivative right of residence, explicitly does not lead to settlement, assuming of course that settlement is the eventual goal. Whereas FLR(FP) does allow for eventual (after 10 further years) settlement.

Also the status of Zambrano holders is in doubt in light of Brexit.

I am of the view that this thread should be left open.

My reason for this is that the last thread has run it course, as it is in the British Citizen section, and it was in regards to Form T.

As the Form T has been resolved, this new thread has been opened for the purpose of OP enquiring how to regularise her status.

This appear to be the most appropriate platform for such enquiries.

My fellow moderator, i don't mean any disrespect in reopening it, just thought it is the most appropriate to open.

FLR FP based on british child

hi
we just got our child british passport ( 10 year form T route), now we (me n my wife both r overstayer) planning to submit fresh application FLR FP based on our british child, as i am thinking of submitting application my self , so i need help from someone to guide me through application and all the supporting documents i need when filing this flr fp application.
Note: i filed one FLR FP application 2015 based on 7 year child got rejected and appeals also got rejected.
ANY HELP is appreciated.

Please let me know what are all the supporting documents I need for my Flr Fp application based on my British child,
The both parents r over stayer and we also have one more child who is 7 year old.
