TIER 2 Additional Employment

Post by kiranc » Sun Feb 19, 2017 9:38 pm

Hi,
My employer is ready to give some extra work outside of my regular work on Tier 2 (General):

1) Does it has to be as a supplementary employment

2) or Can I start my limited company and provide service

Which one would be simper/easier?

As guidance says we don't have to inform Home office before taking extra work means we have to inform later when we are applying for ILR?

Many thanks in advance.

If the role is your normal role and it is just overtime then there is no need to do anything. Your employer pays you at or above your hourly rate and it goes into your end of month salary.
