IT Contractor need help in filling VAF4A

Hi,

This forum has been amazing and I have been following this forum for any advises. You guys are doing a fab job.

So here is my question and i need you experts to advise me on how to go about this case:

I was in permanent employment until Feb mid week and I left the job and started doing IT contracting and I set up the company in Feb 16, 2016(Its one year of its establishment) and its still active and i receive dividends and minimum salary which will take me to more than £18600 for my spouse visa.

So while i was filling up the VAF4A form it mentions about the last financial year under category F. I choose category F because I run my own company(Please advise if this is correct?), and my question is that last financial year which is March 2016 I was still permanent employed and this financial year ends in March 2017. So for this question below can i put the self employment figures i received as part of salary and dividends even though the financial year has not ended yet? please advise?

"How much income did your sponsor earn (before tax) from self employment in the last full financial year?""

Also I have asked my accountant to pay the corporation tax in next few days and i will get the CT600 form before i apply for the visa. Please advise what other documents needs to be submitted to support this case?
