Benefits Question

I had written on the application form to not include my wife as she is not eligible for public funds. They asked me to send them further documents. I went there personally and met with the case worker and reminded him to not include my wife. He said he already know about that.
Now in the decision letter.

Calculation.

Couple with person between 18 & Pension = £114
Children x 2 = £41

Can somebody tell me if they have used single parent amount or both.
