New Sponsorship Licence Tier 2 General

Hi team

Could someone please help me for this query? Thanks.

I have a query regarding new sponsorship licence. Should an RLMT (Job advert) be completed before applying for sponsorship licence for Tier 2 general? Or these can run in parallel, which means posting job advert and applying at same time? Please help me.

Can run in parallel.

When making sponsorship application, the employer will need to mention in their sponsorship application that they are doing RLMT or have completed RLMT.

RLMT should not be more than 6 months old from the COS issue date.
