Visitor visa for Sister in-law

Hello all,

Please can someone help me with my query.

My sister in-law who lives in India with my mother in-law(widow) wants to come to UK on visitor visa. My MIL has already visited UK once and my SIL has visited 3 times (also had 2 years multiple visa which has expired). All previous visits of my SIL were with her husband however they have separated now and going for divorce.

My SIL would have to show proof of funds which always had been from her husband as she has never worked, but as they have now separated we are confused what documents she will have to provide.

Please can someone suggest?
