Starting a limited company when i am in Tier 2 ICT Visa

Hi All,

Can anyone confirm me if i am eligible to start a limited company in my name and work for the company as a second job for 20 hours per month?

I am currently in Tier 2 ICT visa. In the rule books i didnt find that i cant be a director and in Tier 2 ICT visa, i can see that i am eligible to do second job for 20 hours per month.
