Hello Members.
Please help me fill the following questions
My scenario.
Entered as a Student in Feb 2008 Left country 2009 after studies.
PSW applied from home country within 1 year after leaving the country and approved Oct 2010
Came back to the country Jan 2011 on PSW visa for 2 years
Applied from PSW to switch to T1 Entrepreneur with a Team member - Oct 2012 in country
Rejected and then all the appeals exhausted December 2013. (PSW had expired Oct 2012)
Made a fresh T1 entrepreneur application solo in December 2013 within 28 days time frame then allowed
Approved March 2014 valid till March 2017.
Applying for Extension Feb 2017 this week mostly.
Now the questions on the form
Q1.) D4. Page 18 : When did you first enter UK ? (will this be my student visa or PSW approval date as since then I was always in the country or my Fresh application of T1 Entrepreneur which was approved.)
Q2.) D8. Page 18 : Have you ever stayed in the UK beyond the end of your period of leave {yes or No }
(If yes - Reason why dates of the over stay)
Will I be considered as an over stayer as my first t1 entrepreneur had been refused but I applied under section 3C within 28 days.
Now in my dependant scenario wife came to the entry as PSW dependant in May 2011. She followed the same route and was approved and rejected as my dependant the same ways I was for Tier 1 Entrepreneur. She has always been my dependant.
Her dependant application questions.
Q3.) K14. Page 24 : Have you ever stayed in the United Kingdom beyond the expiry date of your period of leave? Yes or No
Q4.) K18. Page 25 : Have you ever been refused entry clearance, leave to enter or leave to remain in the UK?
(we have said yes and gave HO ref and Appeal ref no) is this right ?
Q5.) Have you ever been removed, required to leave or deported from the UK? (we had a letter to ask us to leave within 28 Days but we decided to make a fresh application and that was approved)
Sorry if this is too complicated and may be simple answers but want to be sure and correct while answering rather than being refused and feel sorry about it late.
Please help Thanks.
