Maybe but the requirements of this seems to be complex. You need to ask this in a relevant sub-forum instead:

2: Should I keep on for Tier 1 Extension which is due in Nove.18
I say yes, to be safe
3: What are the possibilities that I will along with my spouse and two other childrens will get benefits.
You are not allowed to get benefits until you all have ILR
Advice is given based on my personal research and experience only. Do NOT contact me via private message for immigration advice

Hi, What is the current age of your eldest kid when he / she arrived in 2011. 7 years concessionary rule means a child is living in the UK for continuously 7 years weather he / she born in the UK or not. In this rule there is no condition that the child must be born in the UK.
If you are lawful resident since you enter in the UK your case is very strong on this route.
Since 2012 this route consider under immigration rules.
You don't need to pay IHS fee on this route.
If you can afford so my advise is first consider your extension (if you think you can apply with all supporting documents) this is your PLAN A.
PLAN B is if you will refuse then you can apply on this route straightaway.
If you select PLAN A, my advise is to apply via solicitor and tell them to include Article 8 in your extension application as a parent of child who is living in the UK for last 7 years.

Thanks Zumba and Hina for your response. My eldest child will be of 14 years and second one will be 12 years old as they arrived in April 2011. All three will be living legally and will have seven years staying at uk
