I have been working in existing role since 2011 , my existing department changes its role to extending their support to other regions than europe , which I am not willing to do unless I got extra benefit doing that.
So just wondering my legal rights , and if can my employer change my job description significantly or ask me to work for other regions?
The role content would be inline %70 with my existing job , but its distracting to get more responsibility and work for different companies.
I am also pretty sure this is not mentioned in my contract to work for other regions.
