Am i eligible to apply for ILR

My spouse visa was granted for 33 months on 6 Nov 2014 and expires on 6 August 2017. Entered UK on 30 Nov 2014. Am i eligible to apply for ILR when my entry visa expires.

No. You should apply for FLR(M) from Tuesday, 30 May 2017 and before your visa expires.
