Hi,
This board is doing a great job for not only those who seek help but also so many silent surfers like me who often take guidance and I appreciate the senior members who are always helpful. This time around I needed bit more specific advice to my situation which I couldn't find precisely while searching the board.
I have switched to ILR on 10 year route from tier 1 entrepreneur recently. Now need to apply FLR(M) for my wife. so require clarification and guidance of certain things.
My wife is in full time employment since a year and 6 months. but switched to new job 2 months ago. So for her under Cat B
part a) current annual gross salary - 16500
part b) gross salary of past 1 year from various employments - 16800
so alone she clearly not meet MIR.
I am director of a company specified in 9(a) and only took salary for last three months, which is £3600
Company's Tax year (Dec - Nov) - tax returns submitted, CT600 available and Corporate tax paid
Appendix-FM-SE guidance says
(i) Payslips and P60 (if issued) covering the same period as the Company Tax Return CT600.
(ii) Personal bank statements covering the same 12-month period as the Company Tax Return CT600 showing that the salary as a director was paid into an account in the name of the person
Now questions are:
1. My payslips and salary does not reflect in the same period as CT600 because it lies outside my tax year.
2. It says same full financial year for both sponsor and applicant which implies to 12 months prior to application ?
3. if yes then how do I adjust it with my CT600 which is from Dec - Nov where I am submitting from March - Feb for my wife.
4. Do i still need to provide 12months bank statement while I only started receiving salary quite recently.
Many Thanks.
