Change of employer but staying in same job query

Hi

Has anyone changed employer / sponsor on the Tier 2 visa but stayed in the same job? or can anyone give me information on this process? All I can seem to find are switching employer and job examples.

Changing Employer means you have to make a new tier 2 application as an experienced worker.
