Tier 2 Child Dependent - UK Born - Outof Country Application

Hello every one,

I'm filling the form for my Child as a Tier 2 dependent , my child born in Uk and get a passport from the home country consulate in UK , while filling the form there is a question regarding the

Passport / Travel Document > Place of Issue ( Place of Issue as stated in the passport or travel document )
But on his passport there's just mention
Place of Birth : Glasgow , GBR
Place of Issue : Pakistan

1. So what should i write the in the Place of issue Field: (Glasgow,GBR or Pakistan ) .
2. Country of Residence ? UK or Pakistan ( He is currently in Pakistan )
3. In the main applicant section , there is a question "What is the start date of the job or course" should i
write the date from the extention COS or the date from the first COS?

Sorry to bother you agian, but going through all questions again during submition I've found more questions related to Uk Residence , Sorry I havent explain this before . but could you please check this .Thanks
He lived in UK just for 1 month and then went to pakistan , and still there , so in this case still i need to select residence county UK or Pakistan, because he spend 1 month in uk and 7 months in pakistan.
if i Select UK then in personal Details there is a question
What is your permanent residential address and contact details?
So this should be UK address or pakistan Address ,

if UK then second question is
How long have you lived at this address?
if UK then 1 Month , if pakistan then 7 months

These are really minor things. you need to stop worrying about it.
Just put the details as you understand
