Missing documentation of seasonal worker

Post by Lukaszmart » Sun Feb 26, 2017 5:15 pm

My fiancee is applying for PR. She first entered UK in 2004 and worked (always legally - taxes etc) for three months every each year till 2008 for the same employer. She registered with Home Office (WRS) in 2006. She does not possess any documentation of her employment, only WRS Certificate. She came back to UK in 2012 and lives here until now.
Questions:
1) Section B [page 29 of 85 EEA(PR) - Version 03/16],about current or previous EEA residence documentation, question 5.5.
Does she need to include WRS from 2006?
2) Section A. [page 47 of 85 EEA(PR) - Version 03/16], about details of the relevant EEA national's activity, question 9.5.
Does she need to include her seasonal work from the period of 2004 - 2008? Probably that also depends on outcome from the above question (?).
