Spent caution

Post by SK engineering » Sun Feb 26, 2017 7:04 pm

Hi All,
I will be applying for LR in few months, I had a caution nearly five years ago. I don't know the date or month of the incident & lost police letter too. So what should I mention on the app.form for the period?

Many Thanks

You should be fine. Just declare it on the form and explain when it roughly happened.

do you have to declare cautions as well? is it not only the convictions which are to be declared?
and do cautions stay on the file? or they get erased after sometime?
