ILR SET(O) - Orig Docs not received after 1 month of applica

Hi All,

I had my ILR application on 30th Jan 2017 at Croydon Premium service. My visa was rejected as I had not completed 5 years based on the Visa issue date, I was under the impression it is calculated based on the application date but clearly not.

My query is not related to the decision made on that day. On that day, I was told all the Original docs (Life in UK test, English test, Pay slip etc) will be couriered in next 14 days. It has been over a month and 22 working days and I still haven't received my documents.
I have searched online and can't find anyway to contact Home office or Croydon Premium service and ask for documents. On website there are online forms for return of documents but that is for applicants whose visa is still under process and I don't fall in that category.

I am struggling to find any information on internet to help me out here. If any of you know whom I can contact that would be great.
