Back ground:
I have an appointment on 3rd March 2017 for my wife's 2nd extension as dependent of a settled person after 30 months of her first leave granted in Sep 2014 under same category.
I am a director of a limited company & also a freelancing IT consultant(holding 100 % shares of the company) and wife the secretary of the company (not holding any shares) since Aug 2013. I chose to go with category 'G' for the financial requirement and my wife under category 'A' , I have all the evidence to show for the earning outlined in the form and guideline document for the last 2 financial year (our company financial years is between Aug & July)for both myself and my wife.
My question is that I am not in contract since Jan 2016 till date as we had our 2nd baby in Dec 2015 and I decided to take time off to support the family. But we are taking salary for both from the business account for 2016 till date and paying NI and all the accounts (personal & company) are up to date. Please advice if there a problem with this.
