Which courier delivers ILR BRP?

Hi

Can someone please tell which courier company delivers the BRP card? If someone was not at home, did they leave a collection card etc? or came back the next day?

The name of the company is DX.

They have changed their process, they do not leave a card anymore. Instead they post a letter via post, which arrives in another 3-5 days after they attempt the first delivery, with information on how to re-arrange for delivery.

The re-arranging process is seamless online or via automated telephone.

Anyway of trying to track where the BRP is??

Called DX, gave my postcode and surname but they still have got nothing..

Got ILR approved on Tuesday 28th Feb and have children's JCAP/MN1 appointment at City council on 9th March (Tuesday)...

I know it might be a bit early but need to do things quickly due to some family issues

So i called DX again today on 08443710000 and they searched by postcode and by (me and wife's name) and have given 2 tracking numbers now...BRP will be delivered on Monday 6th march

Knowing the tracking number helped me stay at home today and catch the DX chap! Brp recvd..
