Which route to apply?

Post by julius9999 » Tue Feb 28, 2017 9:19 pm

Hi, me and my moved to the UK from an eea state in 2011, my mum has been self employed since 2011 and I've been attending school from 2011 to 2014, then I studied at a sixth form college from 2014 to 2016 and since then I've studying at university. Currently, I'm getting maintenance loans and grant from university for this year (Been classified as a home student), I'm not sure whether to apply as a student or a family member or extended family member* of an EEA national qualified person. Also, do I need a comprehensive insurance for either option? This is for a permeant residence application.
PS, I have a registration certificate issued in Jan 2013 if it changes anything.

Hey, it's a bit of a long shot, but did you manage to complete your application? We're in a similar situation and wonder whether we need to send evidence for parents' income along with the maintenance loans evidence?

All the best!
