Received RC with all doc but not my passport? :(

Hello there,

I have received the resident card (EEA FM) with the all supportive documents today. My wife is EU national and she has received her passport back with supportive documents.
But i did not get my passport back with supportive documents.

Note: My passport was hold by HO when my tier4 visa was refused in 2014. How can i get my passport or is it normal if they send it later separately?
