HI Saleem

Thank you for your kind nature.

Home Office asking me to submit AR "AR Means am taking HO to court" or am simply submitting my views on errors of the HO from which they will come back to me within 28 days with result.

Do you have a sample format of the statement from MD (self employed + employee) which you have submitted to court.

When I submit my AR am i still able to work and am i still able to travel within Uk?

Can some one please provide your valuable feedback.

AR is NOT taking HO to court. AR= Administrative Review, usually if HO has made an error in a decision.

There is no 'sample' anything. What you submit is based on your circumstances and what you believe the error HO made is. You cannot use a 'one size fits all' document for things like this.

While you wait for the outcome of AR, you can still work.

There is no restriction on travelling WITHIN the UK, not sure why you think this is the case.

@morning_g

I am completing my 10 years period by september 2017.
I am totally shocked and my brain is completely blank when I received the letter from home office that visa was unsuccessful due to my self employed earnings.

I personally facing lot of financial issues. I dont know what should i do.

As a Tier 1 General dependent, your wife will only qualify for ILR based on 5 years residence if you get ILR. As your ILR was refused, her status is the same as yours if her visa has also expired.

She can only apply for another visa that she qualifies for, Tier 2 G (from home country), Tier 4 if she can get a CAS (unlikely).
