Express Entry Profile questions

Hi,
I have one year experience in Canada and one year outside Canada.
I have bachelor's degree and have studied in Canada also.
I tried the CRS tool to calculate my point under the express entry. When I add my spouse to my profile the points decreases.
My question is can I create two profiles, one with spouse coming to Canada and another not coming to Canada?
