Extension Approved

Post by KickStarter » Wed Mar 01, 2017 10:37 pm

Hi All,

Thought to share my success story as this platform has been very helpful throughout my application. A massive thank you to Zimba88 and Seasky

I applied for my extension on the 06/09/2016.
Money deducted from my account on 08/09/2016
Biometric letter received 12/09/16 dated 09/09/16
Letter and email requesting for further information dated 28/10/16 (they requested for the FPS for one month, although this was already sent I sent it again on 08/11/16)
Passport and Visa received – 27/02/2017

Employed 4 people for six months, entrepreneurial team, I won’t bother sending a long list of the documents I sent as there are many threads have this information.

No interview

Whilst it took long for my visa to be returned, I think it was because they requested additional information, which must have pushed my application to the bottom of the pile.

I’m glad I came across this eco system of helpful people who are always willing to respond even if you ask a thousand times.

Thank you all. Keep up the good work

Congratulations buddy!

A very quick question regarding Job Creation if you can kindly answer:

As you mentioned you claimed points for 4 people working for 6 months, how was it mentioned on the form?
As in 1 Job done by 4 employees or 2 jobs done by 2 or ......?

Or probably guide me in my case:
1 full time employee for 7 months
Another full time for 17 months

Question is under Transitional Arrangements - Am I showing it as 1 job done by 2 employees or 2 different jobs?

Thanks!

Congrats. My question is related to the last one. Did job you claimed points on last for at least 12 months or they are 4 different jobs of 6 months each? I am asking because this is related to what i did an administrative review on.
Many thanks in anticipation of your prompt response.

Congratulations. Please was your employees 4 for 4 different jobs of 6 months each or 4 employees for 2 jobs with each job lasting at least 12 months? Your response will help a lot of us understand the interpretation of the transitional arrangement more. Thanks.

Under transitional arrangement it does not make any difference how many employees were there or how many job title for how long . It can be only 1 employee working for 24 months with different job titles or same title or you have 10 different employees who have done in total at least 24 months of full time job does not matter if one worked for 1 month and another worked for 23 months . As long as you have created 24 months (104 weeks) full time job with X number of employee or job title you can claim the points .
