Wife of British citizen

Post by dnishka123 » Thu Mar 02, 2017 5:18 am

Hi dear members.

I was on my own tier 1 visa and recieved my Ilr on 22nd Feb 2017.
My husband and daughter are British citizens.
I have met the other criteria of days maximum outside UK for last 5 years
Do I qualify to apply for citizenship directly or do I have to remain in UK for 12 months.
Faq in this board suggest that I can apply straight away.
But no one has told us so, so wanted to check

Can you Pls advise
