Wrong Name on Money Transfer Receipts Spouse visa

Hi.

my wife is from Pakistan and i have UK citizenship. I will be applying for a spouse visa for my wife very soon, i have been sending her money for over a year now and when i first sent her money a year back i just gave the name i remembered which was on her documents such as metric certificate and birth certificate but when she applied for passport and cnic(Identity card) she didn't mention her surname and just gave them her first name. so now she has just her first name on her passport and cnic and later on she changed the name on her birth certificate as well. The money transfer service i used saves details when someone sends money for the first time so i never bothered changing the name with them later on because the bank never complained and they would issue money with just her first name on her cnic which is a bit surprising. now that i have all the receipts with her full name on it and her passport has just her first name, my question is that would the immigration officer point this out or refuse my wife's application that why is the name different on the money transfer receipts and her passport.

If there is a first name only in her passport and the same first name is in the transfer receipts there should not be a problem. If it is completely different name, she has to submit a deed poll for change of name together with her application.

Her passport and id has the same first name as on the receipts except that the receipts has her last name as well which happens to be her fathers first name. i guess they will pick that up from other supporting documents as well. i just wasn't sure if that's going to be any problem.
