Tier 2 extension - 4 years same job title same employer

Hi Guys,

I am working as software developer for 4 years (by May 2017) with the same employer with the same title "software developer" and I earn 36K, my questions are:

1. Is it fine to have the same title with 4 years of experience?
2. Should I get a one-year extension, complete 5 years and apply for ILR in May 2018?
OR
can I can go for 2 years extension(total 6 years of tier 2) and apply for ILR in 2018/2019?
3. To confirm, is my job under SOC 2136?

I would appreciate any of your help on this.

yes
your choice. best to take 2 years so u have ample time and choice to apply for ilr.
this is or your employer to comfirm
