Yes, it was!sm12 wrote:What was the job title that they had? Was it the same?
Appreciate your quick response buddy!sm12 wrote:Then that'll come under one job, not two separate jobs as it seems the second employee replaced the first one.
So you'll show 24 months of work in the same job.
No one said you must have perfect 130 hours per month or so ! The rules simply require min of 30 hours per week to count something as full time, hours worked over 30 will BE IGNORED. Any paid day off from work (e.g sick day, holiday, etc) must be treated as a NORMAL WORK DAYbusinessmen aces wrote:some months total hours worked by all employees combines only 70 hours and in some months 400 they just counted total hours thats it. You cant have perfect 130 hours week exact all 24 months in real business thats impossible as employees resign get sick etc
That's good know they award you points for even 2 weeks employee as I was very confused how would they work out part time hrs . Thanksbusinessmen aces wrote:I Hired about 18 to 20 people and some worked for only 2 weeks but got points for all of them. Its total hours it does not matter if its 2 employees , 4 employees or 20 employees.
There is no such rule that you should have minimum 6 months by each worker as i even had some period of 1 to 2 months break where there was no employee
But for me if a worker worked 40 hours week i got points for that for full 40 hours and on other hand if someone worked 20 hours we got only 20 hours. They just counted total hours in 3 years which was about 5000 and we were required 3120 so we had 2000 hours extra.zimba88 wrote:No one said you must have perfect 130 hours per month or so !
