Sorry for your ext refusal . was that employee indefinite leave was revoked while working you or after leaving job . If it was revoked while working for you then I think it was your responsibility to check the status but if it was after leaving your company them you might have good chances of AR . my situation is that my company have , 1 part time employee 14 month (24 hour every week), 1 part time employee 12 month (24 hour every week), 1 part time employee 8 month (24 hour every week), 1 part time employee 4 month (20 hour each week) and i full time 8 month (30 hour each week).
i read on forum when we allowed for combining part time jobs to make one full time but i dont know if we allowed combine part time with full time. if i combine all hours for part time and full time then i fulfil the requirement but can i do that?
