Tier 2 Cos eligibilty query

Hi I am working with my current employer since 9 years and have visited uk on tier 2 ICT visa in the year 2012-2013.I have been on maternity (jul 2015-oct 2015)and childcare leave (i.e (Leave without pay) for period Nov2015-dec 2016.Now i have resumed back and have Uk assignment for which i need to apply UK COS.I have paid payslips for the 1 year i.e 2015 .My question is whether i am eligible for COS for march 2017.Please confirm .

Hi Monisha,

Did you get CoS. Were you eligible for CoS.
