need help...passport has wrong date of birth

Hello i am a uk citizen, my husband whom is a usa citizen is about to apply for the spouse visa to come to the uk. They need a copy of my passport but i hav just realised that my passports date of birth is 2 days out. Iv had no problems going to visit him in the past. But im wondering should i get a new one? as i dont want them to refuse the application before the passport office made a mistake?
