Schengen visa for portugal advice please

Hi,

Not sure if this is the right place for this but.
I'm a UK citizen and my wife is from the Philippines. She has a biometric residence permit/leave to remain.
We are booked to go to the Portuguese Consulate in London next week and are struggling to find a definitive list of evidence to take along. So far we have the following:

Copy of visa application
Passports (hers and mine)
2 x passport photos each
Marriage certificate - original
Flight confirmation
Hotel confirmation
Insurance certificate
Most recent payslip (mine, printed copy)
Most recent bank statement, 1 month (mine, printed copy)

Should that do it or are we missing anything?
We have to travel 200 miles to get to London and are taking time off work just to sort out this visa so want to get it right first time.

Any advice welcomed.
