Employees Total No of Hours?

Hi,
I got visa issue date 28th March2014.Now applying for extension.

I have an employee working for company who started October 2013 and currently working so no issue with job creation although a little confusion to mention total no of Hours.
1-Do we need to mention employees total no of hours somewhere?
2- Should I count from April14onwards and exclude hours before the visa issued.

You can only include dates since visa was issued !!
