1 Enterpreneur EXtension in July 2017 Directors Loan Qury

Hi All....

I am on Tier 1 Enterpreneur 50K Team memeber. Our extension is due in 24th July 2017. My querry regarding Direcotr Loan and Direcotr Loan Agreement.

1) I had transfered 5K on 04/05/2016 from my personal account to my company account but my personal account showing just my company account No not the company name. And same things appear in my company account statement is showing my personal account No, not my name.

2) On dated 03/06/2016 I had transferd 5K from my personal account to my company account and this time my personal account statement showing my company name and my company bank statement showing XYZ DIRECTORS LOAN.

3) On dated 29/06/2016 I had transferd 10K from my personal account to my company account and same things like my personal bank statement showing my company name and my company bank statement showing XYZ DIRECTORS LOAN.

4) On dated 29/06/2016 I had transferd 10K from my joint account to my company account and my joint account showing my company name and my company bank statement showing XYZ DIRECTORS LOAN.

5) On dated 30/06/2016 I had transferd 6K AND 3500 from my personal account to my company account and my personal account statement showing my company name and my company bank statement showing XYZ DIRECTORS LOAN.

My question are here for respected memebr of this board..

Q1. Can any respected member tell me that so far what is my investment as a directors loan?
Q2. Can any respected member tell me that i have to prepare one directors loan agrrement for all amount or i have to prepare seprate directors loan agreement?
Q3. Can any respected member tell me that remaining portions of directors loan which I will transferd in June 2017 I have to preapre seprate directors loan agreement?
Q4. What will be the date of these agreement and any witness are required?

Please your advice are very preciouse for me and I will much appreciate your help.
