My mrs has been employed as a customer service agent with the same company since May 2012. Her employement timeline is:
May 2012 - Nov 2012: Full time
Nov 2012 - Sep 2013: Maternity Leave
Sep 2013 - Present: Part time (15 hrs a week earning less than threshold limit).
Will she be a qualified worker by May 2017?
Will Home Office consider her work Genuine and Effective?
I am aware we would have to write a covering letter with our PR application to explain that she had to reduce her working hours to look after our daughter because I work full time.
Note: she have had financial support from me because i work full time and we jointly claim child tax credits.
